1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of HealthBench AI, operated by REAGEN, Inc. By using the site or submitting a form you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Informational, non-medical use

HealthBench AI is a research index of published benchmark results. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not evaluate whether any model is safe or suitable for clinical use. Do not rely on it for decisions about anyone’s health.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number or seek care from a qualified professional immediately.

3. Permitted use

You may view, cite and link to the site and quote individual results with attribution to HealthBench AI and the original source. Research, teaching, journalism and commentary are welcome.

4. Prohibited use

• Submitting patient data, protected health information or personal data about others.
• Submitting false, misleading, plagiarised or non-public results, or impersonating anyone.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass security or rate limits of the site.
• Automated bulk submissions, spam, or use of the forms for marketing.
• Presenting the site or its content as endorsement by REAGEN, Inc. or by any benchmark owner.
• Any unlawful use.

5. Submissions and licence

You confirm that you have the right to send what you submit and that it contains no confidential or personal health information. You keep any rights you have in your submission.

You grant REAGEN, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review and use your submission to operate the index, and to publish non-personal evaluation metadata from approved applications, such as model name, organization, benchmark, score, metric, date and source link. We do not publish your name or contact details.

Submission does not guarantee review within any time, acceptance, publication or any particular rank. We may decline, edit for accuracy, or later remove any result at our discretion. Nothing is published automatically.

6. Accuracy limits

Results are transcribed from third-party sources and represent historical snapshots. They may contain transcription errors, may be superseded, and are not comparable across benchmarks. Always check the original source. Report errors through the contact page or email adam@reagenus.com.

7. Intellectual property and third-party rights

The site design, text and the HealthBench AI logo are © 2026 REAGEN, Inc. Benchmark names, model names, papers and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their mention is descriptive and implies no affiliation or endorsement. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference, and we are not responsible for their content. If you believe content here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page or email adam@reagenus.com.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REAGEN, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the site or its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change these Terms, the site or its content at any time, and may suspend or end access, or ignore submissions, for anyone who breaches these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first through the contact page or email adam@reagenus.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Your rights under mandatory consumer or data protection law are not affected. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
