Short version: the forms prepare email drafts locally. We receive messages only if you send them. We also retain standard hosting logs and any earlier website submissions, use information to review, respond and keep the site secure, and never sell it.

1. Who we are and scope

This policy explains how REAGEN, Inc. (“we”) handles personal information on HealthBench AI. It covers this website, its contact form and its leaderboard application form. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as benchmark papers and results pages, which have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you submit

The current contact and application forms prepare email drafts in your browser. Form details are not posted to our website submission API or saved as new database submissions. Preparing a draft passes your name, email address, organization, message and, for applications, model details and public evidence URLs to your chosen email app. We receive those details only if you send the email. Your email provider handles the draft and delivery under its own policies. Earlier website submissions may include a consent record, submission time and reference code.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser user agent and error information. These logs are generated by the hosting platform and may be used to apply rate limits and detect abuse.

What we ask you not to send

Our typography loads from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve font styles and files, which exposes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. These requests are subject to Google’s privacy practices. Essential hosting or security cookies may be used by the hosting infrastructure; we do not add advertising cookies.

Do not submit patient information, protected health information, health data about yourself or others, or personal data about third parties. The forms do not accept file uploads. If such information is sent to us, we will delete it when we notice it.

3. What we do not do

We do not offer accounts or logins.
We do not install advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use advertising cookies.
We do not run a newsletter or send marketing email.
We do not take payments.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Form contents are not stored in your browser’s local storage.

4. How we use information

To read and respond to your message or privacy request.
To review leaderboard applications and, if accepted, publish non-personal evaluation metadata such as model name, organization, benchmark, score, metric, date and source link. We do not publish your name or email.
To secure the service, prevent spam and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
To comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request and consent to process what you submit, our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure index and responding to correspondence, and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

6. Storage and review

Messages you choose to send to adam@reagenus.com are retained privately in our email correspondence for manual review. Earlier website submissions, if any, remain in the site’s private database until handled under our retention policy; changing the contact method does not delete them. The current forms only prepare drafts and do not automatically send email or save new website submissions. We do not promise delivery, review or response times.

8. International processing

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including countries with different data protection laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the mechanisms available to us and our providers.

9. Retention

We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above, such as completing review, answering you, keeping a record of published sources, and handling security or legal matters. The operator then deletes them. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s practices. We have not set a fixed retention period for every category.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, use the contact page or email adam@reagenus.com and include the email you used. We may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority where you live.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access restricted to the operator. No system is completely secure, so please send only the information the forms request.

12. Children

This site is intended for researchers and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Compliance statements

HealthBench AI is not a healthcare provider and does not process patient records. We do not claim HIPAA compliance, GDPR certification or any other certification.

14. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site changes; the date at the top will change when we do. Questions and requests go through the contact page or email adam@reagenus.com.
